Directions: On new US Hwy 421 heading west from the Yadkin River, take the exit Baltimore-Dinkins Bottom Rd (exit 249). Then at the top of the ramp turn left and follow this road for about 0.5 mile and turn right on Courtney-Huntsville Rd. Then go about 1 - 2 miles and the church is on the right and cemetery is in back of the church.

Approximately 300 graves, some dating to late 1800s. Huntsville post office created in 1795. Is on the west side of Yadkin River and was part of the historic crossing at Shallow Ford between current day Forsyth County.
