Location - on Pecan Grove Lane off Country Club Rd about 100 yeards into a field, Zebulon.

Directions: Traveling from Zebulon, north on Hwy 96, turn right on Pearces Rd. Go to Dukes Lake Rd. - Turn left - Go to Country Club Rd - turn right go to Pecan Grove Lane - turn left - go to first grove of pecan trees on the right. You must park on the road. This is Private Property and posted No Trespassing. Follow the cultivated field at the tree line to the right and go about 100 yards more or less from the road. The cemetery is difficult to see for the undergrowth to the right of your path.

The cemetery is grown up so thick, it is impossible to count the graves. There are probably more people buried there than listed below. These are the only people known for sure from Stephen's family history. The listing below has five generations of Stephen's family. All unmarked graves. except one.

Wife of Samuel J. Privette. Daughter of Stephen and Mary Stallings. Died of cancer of the jaw. The only marker in the entire cemetery is Bettie's headstone simply inscribed "PRIVETTE" on both sides.
